Step:

  1. Beat eggs until foamy. add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla to eggs mix well.

  2. Sift together flour, salt, soda,, cinnamon and baking powder, add to egg mix. Add nuts last. Grease 2 loaf pans. Or muffin pans. Bake at 325°F 1 hour or longer. let cool

  3. 1 cup oil
  4. 2 cup zucchin peeled & grated
  5. 1 tsp vanilla
  6. 3 cup sifted flour
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. 1 tsp baking soda
  9. 2 tsp cinnamon
  10. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  11. 3/4 cup nuts
