Step:

  1. heat oven to 350',beat together margarine and sugars until creamy. add eggs and vanilla and beat well, add flour baking soda, cinnamon and salt mix well, stir in oats and cocoa mix up well.

  2. drop by rounded tbls on ungreased cookie sheet, bake for 10 minutes, cool before removing, yield is 4dozen!

  1. 1 cup of margarine or butter(2 sticks)
  2. 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 tsp vanilla
  6. 1 1/2 cup flour
  7. 1 tsp baking soda
  8. 1 tsp cinnamon
  9. 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  10. 3 cup quaker oats
  11. 1 cup baking cocoa
