Step:

  1. In sauce pan melt butter

  2. Add onions and saute until translucent

  3. Add crab meat and parsley, cook on low for 4 minutes

  4. Add flour and cook for 1 minute

  5. Add chicken broth cook 20 minutes partially covered

  6. Add cream and cayenne pepper

  7. Heat and add salt to taste

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp butter
  2. 1 tbsp parsley
  3. 1 tbsp onion
  4. 1 1/2 cup crab meat
  5. 2 tbsp flour
  6. 2 cup chicken broth
  7. 2 cup cream
  8. 1 pinch caynne pepper
  9. 1 salt to taste
