Step:

  1. Combine all ingediants except tomatoe paste.

  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 hours.

  3. During the last half hour put in the tomatoe paste.

  4. Blend slightly if didn't chop fine first

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup cumin
  2. 1/2 cup cilantro
  3. 1/3 cup salt
  4. 2/3 cup black pepper
  5. 1/2 cup sugar
  6. 3 cup vinegar
  7. 1/3 cup chili powder
  8. 36 oz tomatoe paste
  9. 1/2 cup red pepper 1 pepper
  10. 1/3 cup garlic 1 head
  11. 1/4 cup jalapenio 4 or 5
  12. 6 cup green pepper 6 to 8 peppers
  13. 10 cup onion can use less around 5.5 lbs
  14. 3 1/2 gallon tomatoes 60 to 70 tomatoes remove skins only
