Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Place tomatoes in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix, water and garlic; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.

  3. Place chicken in 13x9 or other 3 quart dish; sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture.

  4. Bake 30 minutes or til chicken is cooked.

Ingredients

  1. 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  2. 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 2 clove garlic
  5. 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces
  6. 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  7. 1 cup shredded mozarella
