Step:

  1. For dough...take maida add curd and salt..make dough with water..

  2. In a pan heat some oil and add aloo and one by one all masalas and cook

  3. Now make rotis out of the dough

  4. Take the roti and apply some butter and fill the filling and fold it applying slurry

  5. And fry...

  6. Serve....

  3. 1 tsp chat masala
  4. 2 tsp hara dhania
  5. 1 tsp lal mirch
  6. 1 tsp haldi
  7. Oil
  8. 1 cup maida
  9. Salt
  10. 3 tsp curd
  11. Water
  12. 1 tsp garam masala
  13. Slurry
