  4. 1 bay leaf
  5. 1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
  6. 1/2 red chilli
  7. 1/2 garam masala
  8. Soya sauce
  9. Oil for use
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 1/2 tbsp cuminseed
