Step:

  1. Take a bowl mix all herbs and spices EXCEPT mint leaves with the smoke and coca cola and envelopes

  2. Dump the roast, carrots, onions, potatoes in the crockpot

  3. Pour liquid herb mix on top

  4. Put mint on top

  5. Cook on low (6 to 8 hours) or high (4 to 6 hours)

  6. Remove mint and serve

  1. 3 lbs red potatoes
  2. 24 oz pearl onions
  3. 3 lb roast
  4. 1 lb baby carrots
  5. 20 oz coca cola
  6. 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  7. 1 envelope Italian dressing mix
  8. 1 envelope ranch mix
  9. 10 dashes ground pepper
  10. 20 dashes mrs dash
  11. 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  12. 1 tablespoon thyme
  13. 6 mint leaves
