Step:

  1. Mix first three ingredients well and refrigerate for at least 3 hrs.

  2. Take 2/3 c of cream cheese mixture and roll into a ball. Roll remaining cream cheese mixture as well.

  3. Coat each ball with mozzarella cheese. Plate larger cream cheese ball and press smaller ball on top for the snowman's head. Decorate with peppercorns and carrot. Serve with crackers.

  1. 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  3. 1 envelope good seasons Italian dressing mix
  4. 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  5. 9 black peppercorns
  6. 1 petite baby carrot or orange pepper piece for nose
