Place corn evenly into a 9 inch baking dish

In a medium saucepan combine butter and cream cheese room over medium heat stir frequent til mixture is smooth stir in evaporated milk and flour cook about 5 more minutes add peppers

Pour mixture over corn mix well bake 30 minutes or until bubbly and edges begin to brown
