Step:

  1. stir together sugar, water and spices in a 2 quart sausepan, stir until well blended

  2. add the cocoa, stir until smooth, let simmer for one minute

  4. stir over low heat until hot, Do Not Boil.

  5. serve in warmed mugs or cups

  6. garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon

  7. enjoy
