Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Butter and flour a 9" by 13" pan

  3. In a mixer, beat butter and sugars until very creamy, about 3 minutes

  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla

  5. Beat in flour and baking soda until just blended. Do not over mix

  6. Fold in the cranberries, chips, nuts and coconut

  7. With a damp hand, spread mixture into pan. The damp hands keep dough from sticking to you.

  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

  9. Cool in pan and cut into squares.

  10. Keep in air tight container only for several days but most likely won't last that long

  2. 1/2 lb salted butter, room temperature
  3. 1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed in measuring cup
  4. 1/4 cup white sugar
  5. 2 large eggs
  6. 2 tsp pure vanilla
  7. 2 1/4 cup flour
  8. 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
  9. 3 cup old fashioned oats
  10. 1/2 cup each, dried cranberries, chopped pecans ,coconut, and dark chocolate chips
