Step:

  1. Slice eggplant in 1/2 inch slices.

  2. Place on grill at medium heat until tender. Baste with olive oil.

  3. While grilling eggplant, heat pasta sauce.

  4. When eggplant is almost done, add pasta sauce and shredded cheese.

  5. Grill until cheese is melted.

  6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
