Step:

  1. Slice blood oranges 1/4" thick after rind has been removed or as thick as you like.

  2. Add all cream ingredients to a mixer bowl (I used my stand mixer) and mix at medium high speed until cream forms stiff peaks, usually anywhere from 5 to 7 minutes. You could also use a hand mixer/beater for this as well if you dont have a stand mixer. Just beat the cream ingredients on high speed until stiff peaks form.

  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Spoon into the bottom of a bowl or dessert dish.

  4. Top graham cracker crumbs with whipped cream.

  5. Lay blood oranges on top of whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!

  2. 2 graham crackers, finely crushed

  6. 1 cup heavy cream or whipping cream
  7. 4 mint leaves, finely chopped
  8. 1 tsp cardamom
  9. 3 tsp orange juice
  10. 2 tsp sugar
  11. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  12. 1 mint leaves to garnish
