Step:
In a mixing bowl: combine the yeast and water. Mix and let it sit for a few minutes.
In a separate bowl: combine the egg, sugar, salt, oil, and milk.
Add the egg mixture to the yeast mixture.
Add the flour.
Mix for a few minutes (about 5). The dough will be slightly sticky.
Place in an oiled bowl. Cover. Let sit for about an hour.
Place dough on a floured surface. Separate into 8 balls. Place onto oiled cooking sheet.
Melt the butter and paint onto your buns with a brush.
Place into an oven at 375°F for 15-18 minutes.
Let cool. Enjoy! (These buns will last about a week if stored properly.)
