Step:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Whisk till it forms a medium consistency.

  2. Heat a pan or griddle spray with nonstick spray

  3. Add a small puddle of batter when bubbles form flip them over. After 30 seconds remove to a plate. Repeat till there is no more batter

  4. Serve with your favorite syrup, jelly, jam, apple butter, or whatever you like.

  2. 1 1/2 cup light brown sugar loose packed
  3. 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  4. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  5. nonstick spray
  6. 1 1/2 cup powdered milk you can substitute for some other milk
  7. 1 1/2 cup water
