Step:

  1. add all marinade ingredients together in blended blend well. add chicken to a ziplock bag and add your marinade to chicken massage well. marinade atleast 30minutes but 1-2hours is better

  2. while your chicken is marinated: add all ingredients for creama sauce together into blender,blend well.Refridgerate after.

  3. grill chicken on indoor grill or outdoor grill to your liking. I served with black beans, corn salsa & mexican rice. Enjoy!!

  1. 1 chicken of choice" I used chicken tenders
  2. marinade
  3. 1 cup tequila
  4. 1/3 onion
  5. 3 clove garlic
  6. 1 jalapeno
  7. 1 tsp kosher salt
  8. 1 tsp pepper
  9. 2 tbsp olive oil
  10. 1/2 tsp chicken bullion
  11. 1 tsp chili powder
  12. 1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  13. 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  14. mexican crema sauce
  15. 1 cup mexican cream
  16. 1/3 cup sour cream
  17. 1 serrano chili
  18. 1 clove garlic
  19. 1/2 tsp salt
  20. 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  21. 1 tbsp mayonnaise
