  1. FRIED POTATO

  2. coat potato with seasoning then fried till lightly brown then drain aside untill ready to be use ,then double deep fry again till its crispy for another few second

  3. MAKE SWEET AND SPICY SAUCE

  4. mix well sauce set aside

  5. with oil fry garlic and spring onion till fragrant but not burn

  6. pour mix sauce in pan then add green pepper or green chili off heat add fried potato and coat well

  3. 3 tbsp heinz chili sauce
  4. 1 tbsp peri peri chili sauce
  5. 1 tsp light soy sauce
  6. 2 tbsp pounded garlic
  7. 1/4 cup spring onion white part
  8. 1 tbsp oil
  9. POTATO SEASONING
  10. 4 tbsp cornstarch
  11. 1 tsp salt
  12. 1 tbsp fine chili powder
  13. 4 cup potato
