Step:

  1. Bring water, sugar, and coffee to a boil in a saucepan. simmer on low, very slowly for 3hrs. Mixture will be very dark and syrupy. Let cool. Add vanilla and Vodka.

  5. 1 tbsp Drizzled Chocolate syrup
  6. 2 1/2 cup Vodka or rum
