Homemade KaLua

Bring water, sugar, and coffee to a boil in a saucepan. simmer on low, very slowly for 3hrs. Mixture will be very dark and syrupy. Let cool. Add vanilla and Vodka.

Drizzle glass with chocolate syrup before adding ice, milk, and drink mix if making a White Russian
