Step:

  1. Clean asparagus and toss with the olive oil, salt and pepper

  2. Grill over medium heat until just cooked, turning so often so you don't burn it. This should take only about 10 minutes. Pierce a stalk to ensure you don't over cook.

  3. Meanwhile, melt butter and whisk in the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and the garlic.

  4. Remove cooked asparagus from the grill to a serving platter, pour the balsamic sauce over the top and serve immediately.

  5. Delicious!

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb fresh asparagus, washed, woody ends snapped off, and dried
  2. 1 -2 tablespoons of olive oil
  3. 1 salt and pepper to taste
  4. 2 tbsp butter
  5. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  6. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  7. 1 tsp garlic, minced
