  4. Cap the jar and allow mixture to stand for 3 weeks.

  5. After 3 weeks, drain the liquid through a strainer or double layer cheesecloth into a glass bowl.

  6. Pour the liquid into glass bottles.

  7. Cap bottles tightly.

  8. *You can seal the bottles with wax if desired.*
