Prepare cake mix batter according to directions .
cut the raspberries in half , the blackberries or mullberries into 3rds , the strawberries into 8ths and leaving the blueberries whole , then add the prepared fruit into the prepared batter and mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients well .
spoon prepared cake batter into cupcake papers in patty tins and bake according to directions , once cooked remove from heat and place on cooling rack to cool completely .
Prepare lollies to size to decorate your snowman , cut the liquorice into very small peaces so to use them for buttons , eyes and mouth for the snowman , rip or cut the sour strips so that the individual colours are separated , then cut them in half , take a few of the orange coloured sour strips and cut tiny little triangle shapes out of them to create the snowmans noses .
once cakes have completely cooled , spread some of the white frosting mixture over top as to create snow on the ground , then take one marshmallow and place ontop of the frosting on the cake to create the snowmans body .
melt the white chocolate bits either over a double boiler or in the microwave until completely melted and smooth , then place over a pot of warm water to keep the chocolate melted whilst you are using it .
place a little of the melted chocolate ontop of the marshmallow and place a cool mint onto the chocolate and hold till set and secure to create the snowman head , repeat with all the cupcakes .
dot a little of the melted chocolate onto two of the little cut up bits of liquorice and place on one side of the cool mint to create the snowman eyes and hold till set and secure .
dot four little bits of liquorice with melted chocolate and place on same side as other on the cool mint but towards the bottom of it to create the snowman mouth , hold till set and secure .
dot three little bits of liquorice with the melted chocolate and place them in a line down front of the snowmans body to create buttons for the snowman .
take one of the little orange triangle pieces and dot the wider end with melted chocolate and place between the eyes and mouth , pointing out , to create the snowmans nose hold till set and secure .
take one colour strand of the sour strips and wrap around between the cool mint end the marshmallow and dot a little of the melted chocolate onto the under lapping sour strips and hold till set and secure to create the snowman scarf .
dot a little of the melted chocolate onto the bottom of the raspberry lolly and place ontop of the cool mint and hold till set and secure to create the snowman hat .
Dust the finished snowman fruitcupcakes with either the shredded coconut or icing sugar or grated white chocolate to give the fresh fallen snow effect . serve and enjoy . :-) .
