Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° .

  2. Beat cake mix , water, lemon peel in extra large mixing bowl.On low for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 1 min.

  3. Try to divide batter into 3 bowls Gently stir food colorings in each bowl.

  4. Pour colors in an ungreased angle food cake pan. Put one color on top of the other one. Do not stir..

  5. Bake 37-47 min. Until golden brown.when done turn upside down. Cool 2 hrs.run knife around edges. Remove.

  3. 1 food coloring red, green , yellow 6-8 drops each
  4. 1 tsp grated lemon or orange peel
  5. 1 vanilla Glaze
  6. 1 cup powered sugar
  7. 1 to 2 TBSP. milk
  8. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
