Step:

  1. Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Dice potatoes and add to crock pot. Add water, butter, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook on high 3 hours.

  3. Add cream and cream cheese and mash to desired consistency. Turn crock pot to low until ready to serve.

  5. 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1/2 tsp onion powder
  7. 1/2 tsp salt

  9. 2 tbsp cream
  10. 3 oz softened cream cheese
