Step:

  1. Mix ketchup, brown sugar and spices until well combined.

  2. In large bowl mix hamburger, onion, pepper and spices.

  3. Add egg and bread crumbs. Mix until well combined and incorporated.

  4. Place in 9x9 or loaf pan.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Drain oil and pour glaze over meatloaf.

  6. Return to over and cook another 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked inside.

  1. 1 pound hamburger
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 small onion, diced
  4. 1/2 small bell pepper, diced
  5. 1 cup bread crumbs
  6. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  9. to taste Pepper
  10. Glaze:
  11. 1 cup ketchup
  12. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  13. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  14. To taste, Black pepper
