  5. Stick it in fridge for 1 hour

  6. Flip fish

  7. Stick in fridge for one hour

  8. Cook fish your way

  3. 1/2 cup orange juice
  4. tsp 1/8 liquid smoke
  5. 1 large scallion with onion
  6. 2 tbsp ground ginger
  7. 2 tbsp asian spice
  8. 2 tbsp onion powder
  9. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  10. 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  11. 1 pinch thyme
  12. 3 dash sage
  13. 6 each fish filets
