Sweet Potatoe Casserole

Mix baked sweet potatoes in mixing bowl...when you bake them just take plain sweet potatoes and bake without oil until soft.

Add sugar, milk, eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla extract

Mix together until smooth

Butter a baking dish and place potatoe mix in buttered baking dish

In seperate bowl mix brown sugar, 1/3 cup stick melted butter, flour salt & pecans until resembles brown crumbles

Sprinkle mixture evenly over the top and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until top is caramelized and bubbly
