Step:

  1. Heat oil in saute pan over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook 2-3 minutes.

  2. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain most of the fat.

  3. Add spinach to beef and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Turn heat down to medium and stir in eggs. Continue stirring until eggs are done.

  5. Optional ingredients:. Mushrooms, basil, nutmeg, thyme. Whatever you like!

  3. 1/3 lb ground beef
  4. 1 cup chopped frozen spinach
  5. 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  6. to taste salt and pepper
