  4. stir until just moistened thoroughly

  5. mixture will be lumpy

  6. fold in raspberries, pecans, lemon peel

  7. line muffin pan with liners

  8. fill 2/3 full

  9. bake at 400° F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden

  10. serve warm
