Step:

  1. preheat oven 350 & parchment line a baking sheet

  2. shave your chocolate bar and strain it to another bowl.reserve 4tbs for topping of cookie.

  3. add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cocoa, & cappuccino mix to abuelita chocolate set aside.

  4. add softened butter & sugars together cream well about 2minutes till fluffy, add in vanilla & 1 egg at a time.Now incorporate flour mixture mix well. scoop with cookie scooper to baking pan.I press a little with 2 fingers gently.

  5. mix toppings together sprinkle on cookies bake 13-14 minutes enjoy!

  2. 1 bar shaved abuelita chocolate=3/4cup
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 pinch salt
  8. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  9. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  10. 2 tbsp instant cappuccino mix
  11. 1 cup softened unsalted butter
  12. topping
  13. 4 tbsp abuelita chocolate
  14. 2 tbsp sugar
  15. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
