Step:

  1. Heat a pan add ground sirloin. Scramble and Brown. Add salt and ketchup

  2. crack your egg and partially cook then mix with sirloin mixture.

  3. When eggs are done add cheese. Let cool just a bit and serve hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 2/3 lb extra lean ground sirloin
  2. 1/4 tsp salt
  3. 2 tbsp Heinz tomato ketchup
  4. 3 large eggs
  5. 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
