Step:

  1. Place washed basil leaves on a dish. Wipe the inside of the tomatoes with kitchen paper and place them on top of leaves.

  2. Cut the mozzarella into round slices or pieces. Put 2 pieces inside each tomato. Place sliced round green olives on top of each mozarella and put small round black olives on top of green olives.

  3. Season with generous grinding of pepper, salt and drizzle with the olive oil.
