Step:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.

  2. Add milk and vanilla.

  3. Gradually add flour.

  4. Add 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.

  5. Roll dough into 1" balls. Dough will be quite sticky. place on waxed paper on cookie sheets and chill 2 hours.

  6. Melt chocolate chips and dip dough balls. Chill. Store in fridge.

  2. 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  3. 3/4 cup brown sugar
  4. 1 tsp vanilla
  5. 2 cup flour
  6. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  7. 1 1/2 lb chocolate chips
