Step:

  1. Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. For dressing: combine ingredients in a glass or plastic jar and shake well till mixed thoroughly.

  3. My experience is that you will not need to use all the dressing for this salad. Top salad with dressing abd toss, only when ready to eat , to avoid a dressing laden and limp salad.

  4. 1/2 red onion, sliced
  5. 2 red peppers, sliced thin
  6. dressing ingredients
  7. 1/4 cup Sunflower oil
  8. 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  9. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  10. 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  11. 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  12. 1/2 tbsp chili garlic paste
  13. 2 tbsp honey
