Step:

  1. Mash up the spam with a fork then add in the curry powder and breadcrumbs mixture ,then pan fried till its lightly brown and crispy

  2. Add in the spinach and cover lid for 1 minutes then add in the Teriyaki sauce and mix well and let it simmer for another 2 minute then garnish with small chili pepper and serve

  1. 4 cup spinach
  2. 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  3. CURRY BREAD CRUMBS MIXTURE
  4. 1 tsp curry powder
  5. 3 tbsp bread crumbs
  6. SPAM OPTION
  7. 1/2 can black pepper flavour spam or any spam
  8. GARNISH OPTION
  9. 3 small red chili peppers
