  1. Cut potatoes into quarters, pat dry

  2. Place in medium bowl, drizzle with olive oil

  3. Sprinkle rosemary over potatoes, stir to coat completely

  4. Arrange on cookie sheet, one layer

  5. Place in oven, bake at 425°F for 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden, and tender

  6. Serve and enjoy.

  7. Goes great with steak, chicken, or anything you like.
