Pecan Poppy Seed Loaves

In a mixing bowl, combine poppy seeds and water.

Add cake and pudding mixes, eggs and oil.

Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Stir in pecans.

Pour into 2 greased 8 X 4 X 2 inch loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes.

Remove from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
