Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Use butter to grease 9 X 13" pan.

  3. In large bowl, whisk together milk, flour, eggs, and seasonings.

  4. Add spinach and 3/4 of cheese. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

  5. Bake 45 minutes or until golden.

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 3/4 tsp pepper
  8. 2 box frozen spinach (10 ounces each), thawed thawed and squeezed dry
  9. 1 lb fresh mozarella, cut into small cubes, divided
  10. 1 tbsp butter
