Step:

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400°F and line a baking tray with foil

  2. Mix the glaze ingredients together

  3. Pat dry the chicken drumsticks and place on the baking tray. Season with a sprinkle of salt then spoon over half of the glaze

  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn over, spoon over the rest of the glaze and bake a further 20 minutes

  5. Baste with the tray juices before serving

Ingredients

  1. 8 chicken drumsticks
  2. Sweet Chilli Glaze
  3. 8 tbsp Thai Sweet Chilli dipping sauce, see my recipe link below
  4. 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce, see my gluten-free recipe link below
  5. 2 tbsp soft brown sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp dried chopped coriander leaf
  7. 1/2 tsp dried chopped parsley
  8. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  9. 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
