Step:

  1. Heat a pan melt the margarine. Add water meat and dehydrated onions. Simmer break the meat up.

  3. Simmer till onions are rehydrated. Add broth bring to boil mix arrowroot powder and broth mix well add to boiling broth stirring constantly till thickened.

  4. Grate cauliflower, 4 cups, heat pan add margarine, cauliflower, salt, and oil.

  5. Cook 5-7 minutes. Let sit covered5 minuter serve put gravy over the top of cauliflower rice. Hope you enjoy!

  5. 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin

  7. 1 1/3 lb ground meat I used beef
  8. 2 cup water
  9. 11 oz broth I used beef broth.
  10. 2 tbsp margarine
  11. 1 tsp salt
  12. 1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  13. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  14. 1/3 cup dehydrated onions
  15. 4 oz broth
  16. 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
