Step:

  1. In a large pot,bring water, salt, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, and garlic to a boil over medium - high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

  2. Add cabbage and bring back to a boil. Reduce and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Add catfish and old bay seasoning. Simmer until the catfish is cooked through, about 10 minutes more. Serve while hot.

  3. 2 cup baby red potatoes cut into half
  4. 1 (14 1/2-oz ) can Fire Roasted diced tomatoes
  5. 1 cup chopped onion
  6. 5 garlic cloves,finely chopped
  7. 1/2 Small head cabbage, chopped
  8. 2 pound catfish nuggets
  9. 1 tbsp old bay seasoning
