Step:

  1. Crush strawberries.

  2. Add sugar and 1 cup of the milk.

  3. Beat until creamy.

  4. Gradually add remaining ingredients except ice cream.

  5. Beat well.

  6. Put questions or 2 scoops of ice cream into a chilled glass.

  7. Fill with strawberry mixture.

  8. *This makes about 5 cups.*

  1. 1 pints ripe strawberries
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 2 cup cold milk
  4. 1/4 cup cream
  5. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  6. 1/8 tsp salt
  7. 1 vanilla ice cream
  8. 1 tsp vanilla (I use extra)
