Step:

  1. Put nuts into a pan add salt. Add in salt and water.

  2. Start stirring. Stir it well enough until color start to darken.

  3. Reduce heat. While continuing stirring. After stirring for about 5 minutes on low heat turn off the heat and allow the nuts to dry.

  3. 3 tbsp water
