  3. form meatloaf into a log on a cookie sheet. Cover with foil and cook 45 minutes. Remove foil and cook another 45 minutes, if u like ketchup on top now would b when u would add it.

  3. 2 eggs
  4. 6 saltine crackers in crumbs
  5. 3 serano chiles chopped up
  6. 1/2 cup ketchup
  7. 2 tbsp hot sauce (preferably tapatio )
  8. 1/2 onion chopped finely
  9. 1 clove garlic chopped finely
