  1. SOBA NOODLE

  2. bring water to a boil then add soba noodle simmer for 5 minute then cool in runny water then drain set aside

  1. 100 grams shimeji mushroom
  2. 200 grams soba noodle (buckwheat)
  3. SOBA SOUP
  4. 100 ml kikomon soup base sauce
  5. 700 ml water
  6. GARNISH
  7. 1 tsp otona no furikake ( soy flavour bonito and seaweed topping )
