Step:

  1. preheat oven to 375

  2. drain spinach well add to a bowl, chop all items needed add to bowl with all seasonings. Drain & wash your artichokes, chop & add to bowl.add in 1/2 bag of cheese, parmesan cheese, oaxaca cheese, mayo, sour cream,& diced green chilies mix well. I used a deep dish pie pan but u can use any size casserole dish.

  3. top with last of mixed cheese, & sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25-30min

Ingredients

  1. 2 box 10oz chopped drained & thawed spinach
  2. 2 12oz.jar of drained artichokes
  3. 1/3 finely diced purple onion
  4. 1 bunch chopped cilantro
  5. 1 can diced green chilies
  6. 1 bag of mexican shredded mix cheese
  7. 1 tsp garlic salt
  8. 1 tsp black pepper
  9. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  10. 1 tbsp dried chives flakes
  11. 2 tbsp parsley flakes
  12. 1 cup mayonnaise
  13. 1/2 cup sourcream
  14. 1/2 cup grated oaxaca cheese
  15. 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  16. 1 envelope knorr vegtable seasoning
