Step:

  1. Trim of the bread then layer some ready to eat thinly slice cured ham.

  3. Gently pressed firm then dip into the season and beaten eggs

  4. On pan With the melted butter, pan fried the bread till lightly brown about 1 to 2 minutes

  5. Paper towel the french toast and then top with some grated Parmesan cheese and scallion and enjoy

  1. 2 slice white bread
  2. 2 slice thinly ready to eat cooked ham
  3. 1 slice sun dried tomatoes ,thinly slice
  4. 1 tbsp sun dried pesto or any pesto of your choice
  5. 1 large egg
  6. 1 dash salt and pepper
  7. 1 tbsp butter
  8. 1 tbsp dice scallions ( optional)
  9. 1 bunch grated Parmesan cheese
