Sig's Sweet and Purple Mash Potatoes.

peel the purple or extra amount of white potatoes , chopp the onion and garlic . Boil in a little salted water until soft enough to mash down, work in a little butter and milk.

peel the sweet potatoe and 2 white potato ,boil together, When soft enough to mash , work in some butter and a little milk ,lemon juice and nutmeg ,season with salt and pepper .

arrange in layers on plate.
