  1. 4 large zucchini cut into quarters
  2. 2 tbsp salt
  3. 1 cup cooked rice refrigerated over night
  4. 1 cup grated carrot
  5. 2 cup cheddar cheese grated(mild)
  6. 1/3 tsp sesame oil
  7. 1 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese
