  3. 10 button mushrooms
  4. 3 tbsp spring onion white parts
  5. 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  6. TOAST
  7. 1 slice any toasted bread
  8. SEASONING
  9. 1 dash salt and pepper
  10. GARNISH
  11. 1 tsp spring onion
  12. 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary
